Overview

Starbucks United in Diversity, nestled on the serene Jl. Kura Kura Bali in Serangan, Denpasar Selatan, offers more than just your usual coffee shop experience. This location stands out, not only due to its striking architecture and lush surroundings but also for the unique atmosphere it creates—a quiet sanctuary amid Bali’s vibrant energy.

The brand invites coffee lovers and remote workers seeking tranquility. The space is thoughtfully designed with ample greenery visible from nearly every corner. Although visitors can’t roam freely beyond the Starbucks premises due to security measures, the immediate setting is calming, perfect for unwinding or focusing on creative projects. One customer praised it as an ideal spot for video editing, highlighting fast and stable Wi-Fi alongside convenient power outlets nestled even outside.

Starbucks United in Diversity’s menu features classic coffee selections and light pastries. While some patrons noted occasional item shortages, such as the popular tuna pastry, the overall product quality remains consistent with Starbucks’ global standards. The staff exhibit professionalism and warmth, often going the extra mile to engage with repeat customers and provide an inviting experience that feels personal. Though the location opened recently and presents a few operational quirks—like the current inability to use Starbucks cards for payment—the knowledgeable baristas enhance the welcoming vibe.

Strategically placed within or near a new university, this Starbucks appeals to students and professionals alike, blending a modern design with natural elements. The neighboring museum with free entry via the souvenir store adds a cultural layer to the visit, making it a destination rather than just a quick coffee stop.

While some reviews mention seating comfort as an area for improvement, the overall ambiance is beautifully unique—the most visually captivating Starbucks outlet in Bali, according to one guest. This makes the location especially attractive to those who value environment as much as flavor: creative individuals, travelers seeking calmness, or anyone eager to enjoy Bali in a fresh and modern setting without leaving the city’s pulse far behind.

In summary, Starbucks United in Diversity delivers a rare blend of nature, culture, and comfort in a coffee shop setting. It stands as a hidden gem for those who appreciate more than just a caffeine fix—a place to pause, reflect, and connect with Bali’s quieter side while savoring a familiar beverage.

This place is a secret gem in Bali. Friendly staff, speaks english very well, and even remember you if you return. Location is unbelievable, and even a very nice museum next door that has free entrance via the suvenir store. I often return to this place for its tranquility, and perfect spot to sit in peace to edit videos. Fast wifi, and 220V outlet under the tables. Even outside.

This place is perfect if you're looking for a fresh vibe on a small island that's not far from the city. When you enter this island, it's cool, neat, and modern (I don't know what else is there besides Starbucks). Most of the area is surrounded by trees and greenery. Unfortunately, you're only allowed to walk around the Starbucks area, as there are many security personnel keeping watch.

it's different from all of the Starbucks in Denpasar area. It has a calm ambiance and green view. Place is quite spacious and they have most of their food available here. Staff is friendly and well trained. Minus point is they don't clean the surrounding properly and from several visit I saw dust and dirty spots on the chairs or tables, they have wifi with a very bad connection.
